Home Instead Senior Care York is owned by husband and wife team Luke Norbury and Ann-Marie Roche. Luke and Ann-Marie set up the York office in March 2009 after moving back to Luke’s home county of Yorkshire from London.
Luke and Ann-Marie got involved in the care sector in order to apply their experience in business management and marketing to work that could genuinely improve the quality of people’s lives. Home Instead Senior Care’s determination to deliver the highest quality care to people in their own homes is what drew Luke and Ann-Marie to become part of the Home Instead Senior Care franchise network.
Our CAREGivers are chosen for their caring respectful approach to the elderly along with their dependability and willingness to match their valuable life experience with the excellent training Home Instead Senior Care has to offer. We believe in ‘care for the CAREGivers’ and that investment in their professional and personal resources is also an investment in the kind of quality service we aim to deliver.
The York Home Instead Senior Care Office is part of a network of more than 870 locally owned franchise offices.
Reading through our history, you will find a rapidly growing franchise network that began with the desire to serve the needs of one 100 year old grandmother of 55 grandchildren.
Today, thousands of relationships are formed daily through CAREGivers who provide home care help to clients and their families who desire assistance with activities that used to be simple. These senior home care services help may include assistance with trips to the doctor, reminders to take the right medication at the right time, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping and even specialist Alzheimer's and dementia care. The result is companionship and independence allowing seniors to feel safe and independent while they age in the home they've lived in for years.
