The Newcastle under Lyme office is conveniently located in Ironmarket, next door to the Library. The office is owned by Paul Edden and all aspects of care are managed by the Care Manager, Anne Johnstone. We have an open door policy for both our Clients and CAREGivers and although the majority of clients are seen in their own homes, you are most welcome to visit our office at any time. A private room is available should you need to discuss confidential matters.
The goal of our team is to provide the best quality, reliable care within our Client’s home and to assist them to remain independent for as long as possible. We focus on working with our Client, their family members and any other agency involved in providing care services to ensure that the Client remains in control of their care choices at all times. The team is building excellent links with the local health services, the local voluntary sector, community centres and day care centres.
Paul said: “Having worked for Home Instead Senior Care in Chester for the previous four years, I have been inspired by the tremendous difference we are making to the lives of their Clients and their families throughout the UK. I am very excited to launch my own business and to bring this service to the North Staffordshire area. Most people wish to live in their own home for as long as possible. They want chores taking care of, but also want conversation and activities that help to keep them stimulated, happy and as independent as possible. I look forward to providing a service that makes a difference to peoples lives but also be something that I can be proud of.”
The Newcastle under Lyme Home Instead Senior Care Office is part of a network of more than 870 locally owned franchise offices.
Reading through our history, you will find a rapidly growing franchise network that began with the desire to serve the needs of one 100 year old grandmother of 55 grandchildren.
Today, thousands of relationships are formed daily through CAREGivers who provide home care help to clients and their families who desire assistance with activities that used to be simple. These senior home care services help may include assistance with trips to the doctor, reminders to take the right medication at the right time, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, shopping and even specialist Alzheimer's and dementia care. The result is companionship and independence allowing seniors to feel safe and independent while they age in the home they've lived in for years.
