As 2009 draws to a close it is an excellent opportunity to reflect on the difference Home Instead has made to thousands of older people and their families. We are very different to traditional task based care agencies. Our work restores lives, reenergises families and mitigates risks for our clients, often enabling them to stay in their own home for much longer than they anticipated; all whilst creating new relationships that inspire quality care.
Generating revenues across the UK and Ireland of c. £24m in 2009 Home Instead Senior Care is rapidly establishing itself as the leading provider of quality in home care for older people.
From a single office which opened in June 2005 we have expanded to a network of 75 offices and we expect our level of growth to continue during 2010. With many of our first offices generating revenues in excess of £1m revenue growth will be rapid as our newer offices replicate this success. We are also looking to open another 25 offices, taking our total coverage across Ireland and the UK to 100 offices.
