Four staff who work for the Barnet office of national at-home care company, Home Instead Senior Care, have been announced as finalists in 4 different categories in the prestigious Great London Care Awards 2011 taking place on 22nd October.

The finalists are Mary Hayes in the Home Care Worker category; Andrew Fleet, New Comer; Liz Gullen, Dementia Care Worker and Marilyn Everitt Drew, Trainer. The four were nominated for the awards by Dale Bevington, who owns and runs Home Instead Senior Care in Barnet.

All four members of the Home Instead team have consistently demonstrated just why they are worthy finalists – exceptional attitudes, client empathy, dedication to changing the face of ageing, friendly and alert to a client’s changing needs.

The Great London Care Awards are part of the Great British Care Awards - a series of regional care awards throughout the UK.  The awards are a celebration of excellence across the care sector, promoting best practice within both the home care and care homes sectors and pay tribute to those individuals who have demonstrated outstanding excellence within their field of work.
