A team from Home Instead Senior Care in St Albans attended the Hertfordshire Care Providers Associations (HCPA) Annual Awards this week after the company, and Care Manager- Cathy Dyer had been shortlisted for two of the awards on offer. Whilst attending the event, owner Fiona Harrall and the at-home care team from St Albans ran into famous face and renowned publicist Max Clifford.
The awards ceremony took place at Sopwell House in St Albans on 8th July. With Max Clifford headlining the event as keynote speaker, Fiona and the team were excited to meet Max afterwards for a short chat and a photo opportunity.
Fiona commented: “I am absolutely delighted that, within our first year, our achievements have been recognised and we have been shortlisted to the final three out of over 400 nominations for these awards. We all had a wonderful time and it was fantastic to bump in to such a famous face too!”
HCPA was set up over 20 years ago and it communicates with care providers in Hertfordshire and provide appropriate information relevant to their operations.
